HERA Generation 3 Linear Compensator. .223 / 5.56 caliber Linear Compensator (also available up to 7.62 caliber) for short-barreled long guns. The sophisticated design with 12 internal expansion chambers ensures a linear deflection of muzzle blast and escaping gases away from the shooter. Perfect for particularly maneuverable hunting and sporting weapons where a silencer is not required.

What tools do I need to install the LC Gen.3?
For assembly you will need an open-end wrench as well as the ability to secure your barrel against twisting during assembly.
For which caliber is the linear compensator designed?
Depending on the model, the LC Gen.3 can be used up to caliber .308 (7.62mm).
What material is the LC Gen.3 made of?
The LC Gen.3 is made of 42CrMo4 and then coated or treated with QPQ. This significantly increases surface hardness, wear resistance, lubricity, and corrosion resistance.
Can the compensator be used in conjunction with silencers?
No, due to its design, the Linear Compensator is not designed to be used in combination with silencers. In this case, we recommend our LINK system.
Does the LC Gen.3 require a crush washer?
Yes, a compression washer is required for correct, twist-proof installation and alignment of the compensator. This is included in the scope of delivery.
